Phoebe is a fallen deity, chased from her home by an angry daemon and struck down, forcing her to land on Earth and hide. The wounds given to her by the daemon have left a poison in her, leaving her weak and unable to heal. She does not have the energy to escape the planet, and is using whatever available energy she has to keep her form stable. As such, she is left blinded and defenseless.
Despite her rank as a deity however, she is still very kind. She is sweet and gentle, as well as soft-spoken and thoughtful. She dislikes fighting and upholds the rank of pacifist as well. Because of the poison draining her energy, she is almost constantly napping or resting, and is left drained anytime she is awake for long periods of time.
But as much as she is kind, she is also beautiful. Her wings are soft as silk, and stars twinkle brightly from within her. In her eyes lies the moon, and in her stomach you can see galaxies swirl and dance. Truly, she fits the name Deity perfectly.
