Bubbles is Bubbles, and Bubbles would not have it any other way. No one really knows about Bubbles' past, or why they came to Quetzal Palace, they're simply here, and are very bubbly.
It's hard to say what goes on in Bubbles' head, considering that they never seem to really take the form of anything with actual vocal cords, or capacity to express emotion. Instead, they remain an ever-bubbly shifty mass. Maybe they're happy this way?
