Villager: Neptune

Neptune. They spend most of their time underwater exploring the deep blue. The films over them eyes were granted to them as a child, Protecting and crystallizing their vision. They say they can talk to sea life. They have traveled to 76% of the worlds oceans where humans have only explored under 5%. Sea stars seem to get caught in their fur. Neither Neptune or the starfish seem to mind though. Neptune likes the company and listens to their whispers as companions.
