Due to a line of genetic problems that started as a recessive risk, she managed to contract Ovious Disease. The Ovious disease stops the growth of vital organs such as bones, limbs, fur and horns. She was heavily afflicted, her legs are small, her eye is a odd hue, her right eye didn't grow and neither did the area around it and the disease managed to deteriorate her stomach. In a coincidence, a parasite brought from the patrolling warriors of Farsik, managed to attach itself to Valka's tail. It slowly dug itself and made itself a vital part of her living. The parasite (Yulvos Parasite) has now become her stomach. It works as a pitcher plant, meaning the things that fall in are digested in a odd and acidic liquid before being completely digested. The parasite curls up to hide its appearance and keep its acid inside its stomach. It will unfurl but only in dangerous moments to spray a acid that had been re-purposed with stress to make it fast-acting.

The parasite decided to drop off the patrol due to it not being able to grow off a perfectly healthy and adult cat. Due to Valka's weak state, it found its way and attached itself. If it was removed it would prove fatal to the victim. The parasite will most likely outgrow Valka, consuming her and withering, letting off the offspring it was incubating the whole time.
