Miles is the first in his family to be born in to Foxbury. With his parents immigrating from some undetermined village, Miles found it hard at first to integrate with many of the other kids around his age at the time. Most saw Miles as different, and as such, many Foxbury children alienated him.
It wasn't until he opened up to and befriended Josh or "Jawsh" the wolf some time in his mid-teen years, which made it a lot easier for him to transition into the quiet, homey life of Olde Foxbury.
Energetic, rebellious and looking for any new trends circulating in Foxbury, Miles tends to take his foraging duties with eagerness, looking at it as a way to break from the standard routines in the village. While Jawsh and Borris, the bear who just so happens to forage with the two of them, take things at a slower pace, Miles is quick on his paws to report and snag anything as soon as possible.
