Aeron was cursed with immortality when he was 19.
This curse is in no way a good thing for him. Aeron has watched friends and family pass away leaving him alone. He now chooses to be alone, and tries to keep everyone away from him. However he has failed in the presence of Naomi, and Noba. They got in before he realized what was going on and knows that he will once again be forced to witness their lives pass by as his remains the same. He places himself under no gender restrictions, but prefers to refer to himself as male (as he once was long ago).
