Born in the snowiest recluses of the mountains, outside even Tigereye Peak, Oliver is the friendly sort. He's always one to greet others with a jovial hello, and perhaps a gift or two from his adventures - but not much is really known about his origins. No one ever asks, and he never tells.
He lives on the edge of the village, in a small cottage with a warm hearth. His two tenants, 天津 and 和輝, look after the place when he's gone. He's made a small business out of selling maps that detail the dangerous crags and peaks that surround Tigereye, as well.
