Flappers owns a small farm in the town. He isn't the brightest or the best farmer, and the only thing he grows is alfalfa hay. However, nobody in the town needs hay for anything, so Flappers has to store it all in his barn. It usually rots away, but the town's sheriff Buckaroo tries to buy a bale now and then to make Flappers happy.
