Villager: Steven Mothat

Steven Mothat is the owner and proprietor of a cardboard box cut in the shape of a television, which they use as a medium for their talk show, "Look Who's Steven." No networks have been willing to pick up the show for several valid reasons, but that doesn't stop them from interviewing guests from around the globe about their outsider opinions on showbiz. Their collection of tapes takes up about half of their living area, and can be seen in the background of each program. They once filmed a collaboration of every interview between the years of 2001 and 2015 to showcase the growth of this collection, but that also went straight to tape and has only been seen by four people, despite the tremendous effort involved in its creation. On a typical day, Steven Mothat will wake up, watch an old interview on tape and take notes, have lunch, schedule an interview, cry for an hour, have tea, forage for materials, pollinate flowers, have dinner, record an interview, edit the interview, and go to sleep.
