Perhaps the most important, but definitely the most well known navigational star. Polaris is the leader of the modestly sized troupe of Star Spirits; shape-shifters who can take on any form at will. However, as the growing threat of Black Holes made their home in the Wayward too dangerous, the Spirits fled, finding temporary refuge in the Tigereye Peak.
As for Polaris themselves, they are one of the few spirits who takes no assumed gender, and they merely chose the form a white fox to help blend in with the scenery of the Peak. Personality wise, Polaris is a thoughtful, helpful individual, with a kind face and a genuine desire to help others. They are a natural leader, and are seen as a guiding force for the rest of the spirits. It's interesting to note however, that despite being the leader of the spirits and guiding them in what to do, that Polaris is actually blind.
Currently, Polaris's main goal is to locate and regroup with the other spirits, who had all fallen in different spots around the globe. So far, they have only had luck in finding two: Bellatrix and Avior.
