In any other place, a 12' tall horse with fangs and bat wings would be a terrifying monster. In the spooksville known as Dragonsmaw Manor though, that's probably one of the more normal things you'll see wandering the streets. Despite his imposing appearance, Richter is a shy and big-hearted fellow who devotes most of his time to either carpentry or blacksmithing, depending on which is in greater need at the time.
