About
Chikhai was a princess in a tribe on a island. The Island was destroyed by a volcano and she was thrown into the sea. She was found by Valoreaz, a military man patroling around his half-underwater city. While they didn't speak the same language, both of them got pretty close.
In Valor's city, every person is bred to do a certain job. Valor's subspecies is bred for battle, and not to have a heart. He has blades coming from his arms and can change from legs to a fin in water. As a social experiment, the powers-that-be let her live with him, since he was the only one she would connect to and try to work with.
As Chikhai learns Valor's language, they fall in love and she becomes pregnant. Both of them afraid of what his government would do if they found out, they both ran away, eventually finding where what was left of Chikhai's tribe was hiding. Now tables turned, Valor is trying to learn her language to live and fit in with them. They have a baby girl, a mix of their species, named Aihe, which means dolphin.
