The newest addition to the quiet clan of oddities living on the edge of the village, Raffael came to live with the other villagers after a painful encounter with a magical item. Serene and solemn, they can often be found perched on the roof of their cold Tiger Eye Peak house, looking over the world below from the Feathered Serpent's back - often with a couple of animals uncharacteristically sitting quietly by their side. If you visit them, they will only watch you warily out of the corner of their eyes. Having vocal cords torn ragged by a shift that wasn't meant to be can make communication hard, after all.
