About
he is an armored light dragon oracle, which means he has some limited ability to get prophecies and hear the words of the gods/goddesses. He has an unusual heritage of having a dark dragon and light dragon for parents which apparently his brother Kage (a dark dragon) shared their preferences and also married a light dragon. His twin is Gekido who is also a dark dragon like Kage. Gyoukou is the only light dragon among his siblings. He really likes traditional dragonian foods and clothes and tends to speak in a old fashioned manner.
He works for Libra as a protector and also friend to whom he is always happy to lend a listening ear or provide some comfort or advice. His twin Gekido also works as one of her protectors and he usually tries to hold him back from some of his crazier ideas on how to go about doing so. After his boss Libra had to go into a deep sleep for an event far beyond anyone's control he retreated to the spiritual world at the temple of the time oracle to await her return while his twin remained behind in their home land of Dragon Valley.
