Mina's cousin came down to visit for a wee bit, and ended up moving in permanently. He was a farmer in a now-defunct kingdom, so when he heard that his old home was now host to violent revolution, he decided he'd just stay here. Mina's a bit peeved (she always found him annoying), but for the most part no one really notices him. He keeps to himself, growing his own food and almost never leaving home.
