-Owns a small winery, which he mostly indulges in instead of selling his products. Definitely does not have a drinking problem.
-Works alongside Salazar, selling his "questionable" feel-good potions to the masses. A very convincing salesman, Oscar could sell just about anything effectively.
-Has a political background due to his wealthy, noble family. Said family died when he was quite young, causing Oscar to essentially "check out" of his responsibilities.
-Teodor is an old friend of his. Despite their differing paths, they still posses many of the same ideals. They simply have very opposite methods.
