Cairo is married to Apple. How this happened no one really knows except him and Apple. Apple says she saw him taking care of a young fox and it plucked her heartstrings, as she saw how he was actually a really kind person. Cairo claims he was bullying Tarquin and Apple mistook it for him making sure Tarquin was alright after falling.
