Blooky is literally ever intoxicated.
Anywhere, he'll drink. Wine. Beer. Anything.
Even if it means standing at the punch bowl.
Blooky isn't shy, he'd simply prefer to keep to himself rather than attracting attention and causing trouble.
Sober, he's the exact opposite. Anything he can do, he will do. Flip a table? Done. Destroy a tree? Done. Summon the Lorax? You bet your tail he's already done that.
