Dandy is a kind (and mischievous,) Little Icecream demon.
He may have immortality, but he can die from many things main one is melting. And that's why he mainly lives in Canada.
Even though normal ice-cream melts pretty easily he is made of demonic Ice-cream which is WAY harder to melt, it might seem impossible, but it could happen. That's why he's forced to be kind, so no one melts him.
