Being removed from the prehistoric era does not remove raptors from their social nature. As a result, the raptor squad exists in a hierarchy, with Kybatte being the head of the group, the alpha, if you will. They aren't a cruel or forceful leader, though. The raptor folk are a civilized people! Kybatte simply is the one they turn to when a decision needs to be made. While they are the oldest of the pack, Kybatte is still quite young and inexperienced. An explorer at heart, most of their time is spent away from the village collecting goods and discovering more of the world.
