Villager: Maximus

Maximus is an asocial grumpus in the form of a large owlbear. He’s introverted and his anxiety makes him dread leaving the house, even putting off grocery trips by days if possible. He doesn’t have much patience for others, but isn’t necessarily unpleasant if you stay out of his way. Due to Maximus’ intense anxiety, he isn’t able to sustain a normal job for more than a few weeks at a time. Thankfully, Holly needed a helping hand with tending her garden and offered Maximus a job to pick up the slack, which he took. The pair have gotten closer since then, with Holly being one of Maximus’ only friends.

Maximus despises door-to-door salesman and anyone unfortunate enough to be assigned to his house will get nothing short of an earful of the mighty owlbear’s booming voice.
