Spencer may look intimidating, but he wouldn't hurt a fly; at least not on purpose. He can have a mean bite when he does get angry; luckily, it takes a lot to get him angry. He is loud, chippy, and friendly. While he is loyal and caring to those that he cares for, sometimes he can be pushy when it comes to that affection being reciprocated on both ends. As much as he likes giving hugs and being touchy-feely in general, he forgets his own strength sometimes and has been known to give hugs that feel suffocating.
Regardless, he makes sure to be gentle whenever he handles the animals in his stalls.
Oddly enough, Spencer is next to clueless when it comes to anything romantic.
