He can be quite smarmy and seemingly egotistical but really he does want to help others and explore the far reaches of the world in order to discover and gain knowledge for the greater good. He may come off as selfish at times when he's really self-driven and determined go achieve his goals, personal or otherwise. He's not that physically strong so he relies more on strategy in combat rather than brute strength. You definitely don't want to mess with this feisty feline.
