Douglas - "Dark river, stream, or water; strong fir wood used in timber-framed houses"
Douglas is a very happy character. He always seems to be smiling about something, and never takes a moment of his life for granted. Always the positive wolf, he makes sure that no spirits are down when he's around, and is extremely loyal to his friends. He's quite happy to serve, and can often be heard humming or singing to himself as he works. He has a passion for different species of wood, and likes experimenting with them when building homes or furniture. He dreams to one day build elaborate homes for some of Furvilla's most significant furries. For now, though, he's more than fine with just building for his new housemates while improving his skills with an axe and hammer.
When he isn't out building, Douglas is usually in one of the busier rooms of the house whittling. He's social, and finds that being on his own in his down time is incredibly boring. He also enjoys hiking and sight-seeing. He much prefers living closer to the woods than in town due to him being a bit of an outdoorsfur.
