For a regular Manokit, you'd need either a Manokit Potion (made by Alchemist, bought or if you're lucky gotten through the log-in streak) or a Magic Manokit Plush
Perhaps you also get lucky and find one as a Wanderer on the townhall page (I got all of mine that way)
They're a rare species and therefore harder to get, but there is also the Ocean Dreams Manokit stone as well as the Chibi stickers, which are a little easier to get (they - especially the chibis - just look a little different than the regular Manokit lines)
