Kamatsu-Inu is one of my fursonas. He is partly aquatic because of his eel-based tail. He cannot breathe underwater, but can hold his breath for a long time.
He is very bad with money, and tends to spend it all on dumb things like betting on races. He also thinks of himself as a keeper of the law...despite breaking the law a lot. He is not actually a police officer. He just kind of...stole the hat.
He is constantly too hot and will complain about it, despite always wearing a hoodie. He gets annoyed if someone suggests he just take it off.
He is also rather selfish, caring more about his own needs than even his friend's needs. When he wants to, he can be a good friend. Just don't expect it.
