The current (defective) headmaster of The Foundation; inherited the role when her father died under (supposed) mysterious circumstances.
During her time at The Foundation, she was calculative and cold - a front she put up to hide her fear of failure, and she only really disclosed such fears to Annabelle - someone she considered to be like a mother to her, alongside her two right-hands, Willow & Briar.
After defecting from the institution, she mellowed out and became somewhat more nervous - of course, willing to stand up for herself if she needs to, but she isn't as cold as she was during her time as headmaster, being more open with her feelings.
Due to her blindness, she can often be seen with a guide cane, if not assisted by Annabelle (the only person who she trusts to do such a job).

Flame is one of my older OCs, made in around 2011 or so - Her design hasn't changed much since then! She originally had flame markings on her limbs & tail, but those were removed to make her easier to draw. An OC that received some special treatment with flipnote animations.
