Barberry seems to exude that calm aura of mild cheerfulness at all times, happily spending their time wandering the town and it's surrounding fields and forests at a dozy pace - making them a perfect explorer. Though it's more for the general sight-seeing than actual work.
Barberry enjoys the dozy afternoon strolls they embark on constantly, and certainly isn't opposed to company. Stress is just something that Barberry like to avoid, just go and watch the waterfall and ducks. and perhaps pick up a tree on the way back?
They refer to their little bronze fairy companion as Lambert (in reference to the word Lambent). He makes a great torch, and is twinkly little company. They can't understand what it's saying, or if it understands them, but Barberry will point out things anyway.
