I'll always remember the silly dance you would do when I woke up. How you would stick to mom like glue. How you shed profusely year round. I'll miss those dustbunnies you always left behind. How you always were excited and bouncy, but rarely barked. You never barked much, but you'd do those silly little dances, spin in circles. I'll remember how much you loved cheese, and how you would tune in and run to the kitchen if you heard the cheese drawer open. How you loved bits of cheese, but hated anything that touched sour cream, or regular cream for that matter. But you loved chicken and peas and cauliflower. You were friends with the cat and would lay together, but fought over the puffiest pillow when the sun beam was on it. You usually won, but it never turned to claws or teeth, just batting and headbutts until one gave up. How you hated baths, but seemed so happy after you were dry and fluffy. How whenever we went outside, you would follow. How you didn't like the gravel in the garden, how wind and storms scared you. How timid you were when we first brought you home from the shelter. You were sick then, and the shelter wasn't doing anything about it. It took time, but you got well. You gave us many wonderful years and memories. I'll miss you. I'll miss seeing you in the morning when you greeted me and did that little dance. I know I'll see you again someday. I hope you're having fun where you are.
