A somewhat withdrawn female who loves reading all kinds of books. That, though, is partly only because she always lived around others she never managed to connect with; born as the daughter of two wind mages but never able to use magic herself. Not very outgoing and enjoying to stay at home, Amalia is nevertheless helpful and friendly to those who are kind to her. After her childhood was full of being shunned even by her own parents because of her lack of magic, she now has trust issues and just wants to live a quiet, peaceful life without getting noticed by others.
She's Desira's mother, even though no one would ever suspect that thanks to their different species. Amalia can be a bit overprotective at times thanks to her own experiences and because Desira tends to be too trusting. Sometimes she's having problems understanding her own child simply because she isn't a dragon and then feels like she's a bad mother.
How she and Desira's father ended up with each other is another complete mystery. Not that she tells anyone about that - it's not like many people would believe you that you're dating someone who is considered to be a divine being.
Also extremely good at baking pies.
