Being the only specialized doctor in town can become tiresome, but Scarlet loved her job. Although more formally referred to as a nurse, she was adept in medicine. But fate is cruel and she had no skill when it came to socializing. Awkward, shy and clumsy she often tripped with her cures, having to make them yet again. Some of the townsfolk thought her ill fit to be their only physician. Rumors spread fast and when she found out, she practically ate herself into an oblivion. However, Scarlet was a determined bird. Despite gaining a few pounds in her moment of woe, she works harder than ever to maintain the town.
"Are you here for your perscription?" she asks nervously. "Because, I don't think I recognize you..." By now she was squinting at you. Her feathers were clearly ruffled as if becoming alarmed, you better say something before she calls in someone a bit more intimidating.[/center]

He keeps a big friendly smile on "It's a pleasure to meet you." He snaps out of his happy trance "A-Ah, I'm actually here to get your input on a patient of mine..."
The skunk fumbles around trying to grab the papers he brought in with him that where now slipping from his paws "N-No!" He finally grabs the last paper and puts it back on the stack in his hands, realizing he might have been a bit rude "M-My apologies, forgive me if i'm a bit frazzled." He clears his throat "My name is Leigh! I'm a doctor from another town." He adjusts his glasses, a smile covering his face as he reaches out to shake her wing.
