Originally born in the Quetzal Palace, Fussa is a real sweetheart. Though the transwoman is overly charming and flirty at first, she's truthfully much more mellow if one gets to know her. The bouncy girl is constantly running around, either taking care of her animals or preparing to perform. Her musical ambitions had fallen flat early on in her life, and she'd all but given up on ever performing again until she stumbled upon Ecxcabre's little community while visiting Oceandome. The ocean depths feel more at home to her than her birthplace in the sky ever had.

And now she performs regularly on stage, even if it is a small one. She still feels right at home. When she's not performing, she stays put in a little house on the edge of the Oceandome, taking care of little fish, seahorses, clams, and whatever other animals that she can convince to follow her home. They stay in a large saltwater pond right next to her home.

Like the others, she was given the gift of shapeshifting, though her appearance doesn't change too much, more aquatic than her usual form.. Her skin becomes leathery and she sprouts gills, and her body grows longer, but otherwise she appears like an otter with weird wing-fins.
