Felix is a happy-go-lucky Angel Dragon whom wanders around, but is particularly attached to the land the Quetzal Palace resides within, often seen interacting with the inhabitants and giving them a hand with their responsibilities, or going out and exploring the countryside. Awhile, like all Angel Dragons, he is technically genderless - he takes up male pronouns for convenience. He feels like that fits him the best. - though he is still perfectly fine with they/them.
Like many Angel Dragons - he is able to imitate whatever different noises catches his fancy. In particular, his vocalizations take after the Lyrebird. Interestingly enough - this is a bird known for imitating all sorts of noises. Thus, he has a wide repertoire of noises that he likes to make, especially when he is expressing some sort of emotion.
These sounds can be anything from the sound of a phone ringing or soft warbling if he's in a particularly social mood, to the sound of a monkey or kookaburra hooting and hollering if he's frustrated, to even surprised little chirps or screeches, He is actually able to use echolocation as well - making sharp chirping noises - akin to that of a bat - that he listens for the echoes to.
His bestest friend, is a birb that follows him around wherever he goes. No one knows the birb's name, assuming it has one - for Felix and the birb communicate in chirps, and he always seems to refer to the birb with two quick chirps.
