Steam has a fascination for steampunk stuff, and has a passion for making trinkets and stuff (mainly watches and clocks for some reason). He lives in a little shack just outside the town, filled to the brim with metal ticking mechanical stuff. He's a very energetic and friendly fellow, and can get kind of talkative at times, so be prepared for him to talk your ear off about random mechanical timey wimy stuff.
