Luna was given her name for her silvery, moon colored eyes and the small galaxy of star shaped freckles on her face, but she has really made it her own. A lackadaisical explorer by nature, she takes pleasures in the simple things in life, like hot tea, cool rain, and clear night skies. She cultivates a harmonious array of night-blooming flowers in her brown fur. The blossoms come to life when the moon rises.
While possessing no magical talent, she makes a living as the kingdom's most prized divinator, and is known for her frighteningly helpful advice and fortunes. Her most famed method of fortune telling is to have a client plant a flower seed, and water it every single day, then bring it back on the full moon to see how it blooms. Whatever secrets flowers hear and whisper in their private language must be enough, for one of Luna's fortunes has never been wrong, for good or ill.
The royal family has used her power for years to predict manners of the court, and more than one member of the royal family has come to her at night bearing secrets and questions as well as small jars of fortune flowers.
Luna dislikes the stereotype that skunks always smell foul. Her hobby of raising flowers may have begun with that insecurity, but assuredly, her greenhouse-like home smells nothing like skunk stench, and neither does she.
