Personality: Jd is a gentle boy that takes pleasure in small things. He can spend hours upon hours sitting outside and observing nature or reading a book. He is very patient and normally is near to impossible to upset or make angry. In general, he doesn't like meeting new people though and hates for people he doesn't really know to touch him. He is very shy and extremely self-conscious about the fact he is mute. Which will cause him to go into his shell or become upset if it is brought up too much around him. If he had his way the only people he would deal with is his family. He loves them dearly and is grateful for the fact that they are in his life.
A bit about him:
Jd is sensitive about his past, and only one other person knows most of it. That would be his adopted mother. She found him on the street in horrible condition. Brought him into her home and took care of him. At first, he didn't trust her but was too hurt to leave, but as time went on he slowly came to care for her. When he got well enough to move by himself she told him he could stay with her, but he left. She never tried to force him to stay, but she would find him on the street and would give him food, or whatever she thought he needed. He got hurt again and once more he was with her. This pattern happened over and over each time with him staying a bit longer after he was healed.
That was until the first time he saw her cry, she knew he was gonna leave soon and thought he was asleep. He felt a strange emotion, never before had he cared when he saw people crying, but seeing her so upset and worried about him, it made him want to comfort her. The next day she waited for him to leave, but he stayed. Each day she expected him to be gone, but he didn't leave. Finally, he decided to tell her that he would stay with her. The joy on her face caused him to smile, and from that day on they have been a happy little family.
Jd is mute though he wasn't born so, his adoptive mother has helped him to learn sign language and how to read and write so that they can ''talk'' to each other. Despite being a boy he loves cute things and doesn't mind that his mom puts ribbons in his hair or dresses in his cute outfits. He is thankful that she is so sweet, kind and loving. She doesn't push him to open up about himself unless he wants to, and because of him being sensitive about his neck she finds cute things for him to wear to conceal it. His favorite being a collar with a bell on it. He likes it cause it is blue with clouds on it just like his favorite ribbon. Which was one of the very first gifts she gave him other then love.
