He secretly likes to train in hopes of being able to stand up for himself one day and to catch and tame even bigger animals.

This fact discomforts him and as he grows closer to adulthood, he is determined to find some exciting adventure in his life. He's decided that the best adventure for him would be to find a new home. With his friends Otter and Snack on board, they decide to make preparations and work hard to earn money for the move. Phoebe's only problem is... he has no idea where to go.
