Tico is a curious weasel, light of foot and willing to take all comments posed to him at face value, especially those spoken by those he respects. While it might sound like Tico ends up as some sort of sarcasm punching bag, or joke vaporizer... which is fair, since he kind of is, the laid back earnestness of his responses and his charming nature make it hard for one to truly hate him or consider his conversation wasted time. Tico does indeed have a sense of humour though, with many a villager trying to pull a fast one on him, only to find themselves on the receiving end of his wit.
Tico however barely contains an intense yearning for truth and freedom, which makes him idealistic almost to the point of treason. When he gets in one of his moods, you may as well find a revolt incited in one of the towns he's visited...
