Born albino, Okiaru has not had an easy life. Poor eyesight and vibrant white feathers make her an easy target for monsters. While only young she already has managed acquire several scars (including one over her left eye, which blinded that eye), and has lost several digits. She developed quite the knack for patching herself up through trial and error. The resulting adult is well-versed in the art of healing, so it was natural for her to step in as a village doctor.
