Villager: Soleil

Soleil is a wild beach pony, and my secondary fursona! They represent the more laid back, carefree, and nature-oriented side of me, as well as my more nonbinary feelings in terms of gender. They were greatly inspired by some of my best childhood memories at the Jersey Shore, and the time I met wild beach ponies at Assateague!

The way I've always pictured Soleil, they live in a modest beach house year-round at the shore. They work at a gift shop during the summer months as well as volunteering at a nature center. They ADORE the kitschy, beach-house, gift shop shore aesthetic and it inspires most of their day-to-day outfits. They have seasonal affective disorder (just like me!) and while they think winter sure is pretty, they still get pretty depressed in the colder months.

Some of Soleil's favorite things include scented candles, collecting seashells, naps on the beach, inflatable pool toys, ice cream, sarongs and "wrap" type skirts, tank tops, cycling on the boardwalk, and funnel cake. They tend to be somewhat shy and introverted, but still more laid-back than anxious.
