An adventurous yet easily excitable youth. Tobias always had problems sitting still for longer than 5 minutes. Even less if the subject at hand doesn't draw his ever shifting focus.
Growing up he always ran among the woods and town that he lived in, this changed when he discovered he had a talent of building things. Granted he's not the most requested on building new things or repair old ones due to his inability to stay focused on one project at a time.
