Villager: Hester

A bit dowdy, a bit immoral, and more than a bit nosy, Hester, while somewhat inconspicuous looking, is actually one of the main sources of gossip and rumors in "The Warren", and she's dedicated to it. Stealthy and surprisingly quick, she follows leads like some sort of trained hunter. Then she does detective work impressive enough to make a professional jealous, before spreading the information around town through a number of different means. All the while, she maintains her cover by working as an average carpenter. She's also just as adept at creating rumors and intrigue herself. It's believed by the miniscule amount of people who know of her true nature that someone's pulling her strings, gradually pushing her toward some unseen goal. But who would do that, and why?
