Emir isn't known for his kindness. While it would be wrong to say that he's nasty the truth is more that he's vain and often thinks of himself before others. He can spend hours a day preening and primping in front of a mirror if allowed,
While he does this mostly because he wants to look the best for the ladies, it's also a personal point of pride that he can consider himself better dressed then any of the others in a room. If he doesn't look better then anyone else, you can be sure that he's likely to throw a fit (privately, thank god) because of it.
As his one goal in life is to be the richest, he often sees that objective going hand-in-hand with having as many women to himself as he possibly can. This has, of course, caused most who know him to either only care about the money he can spend on them or to avoid him at all costs because they're unwilling to play his little games.
