Svenna was always a bright reptile, until once she hit high-school and the world of drama unfolded on her.
Always being made fun of and teased for being born a "shifty and dangerous snake" people always seemed to step aside when she slithered down the hall.
Finally one day svenna noticed, perfectly happy as her reptile, and cobra figure she decided she would change their image instead of fixing hers to match what they want.
She decided to join a chemistry class and then later a doctor's graduate school. She learned how to make cures.
She took her new found profession and made it her life, even going as far as using her own venom to help save others.
Then she saw a group of friends from school a long time ago visit the hospital she was working in... as she walked up to say hi, they stepped away.
Their child that was with them cooed in wonder and even let svenna pet her, her high school friends, who were now parents, smiled and approached her.
And ever since that day she felt like she accomplished something.. and she carried that with her even to this day.
She even teaches the children in her medical ed classes not to pay attention to what others want you to be.. because you are in control.
