A stern, deep-voiced raccoon, Backslash was the first to take up arms in the defence of the Firetail Cluster, something he is more than happy to remind the younger warriors of the group.
Since then, however, he has taken on the job of repairing weapons and armour, as well as crafting new ones for trade. His Steel shields and Elaborate swords are well-known, though he only grudgingly lets Firetail handle their sales.
