Villager: The Blackmailer

A dark aura emanates from The Blackmailer, sending chills down the spines of people around him. Nothing much is known about him and his background, even his real name, because he seldom talks. He mysteriously appeared in the village one day when there was a new house and settled there. Despite the objections of the rest of the townspeople, they decided to let him stay, partially because of his claim to have skills as a weaponsmith, but mostly because they felt compelled by the ominous atmosphere around him, He is also a very agile fighter who has a black belt in taekwondo, complete with claws, fire breath (which he doesn't really use), and a concealed pistol he always keeps with him, though he's never been in the warrior business.
The Blackmailer is also a source of rumor by the other villagers. Johnny once claimed that he may be an agent of the Mafia sent to infiltrate the town, to which Dr. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm promptly questioned why the hell anyone would want anything with a lowly old village run by bird people and a few other guys. Perhaps the most suspicious of them all is Sgt. Justice, and The Blackmailer is wary of this. He finds it irritating that all the work he does is for Sgt. Justice and Justice damages so many weapons in his crude fighting (and thus giving him a lot of busy work), but he does the work anyway to avoid trouble. He has slight romantic feelings for Tiane but he tries to ward off such emotions to uphold his callous façade.
