The Seraph Province is taken care of by their representative, Casimir. A stray prince from a distant land with his own ideas of how life should be lived. While he does his job, he spends most of his time wandering the grounds and collecting things he thinks are of value.

The Province's warriors are two strange creatures named Phrixus and Cairn. No one really knows where they came from, but they do a good job of keeping the strange creatures that roam the borders.

Gore the blacksmith/herbalist/alchemist (he's dabbled in a lot of professions) is one of Casimir's closest and oldest friends. He's either a god or a demon but he'll never answer the question when asked directly. Don't make deals with him.

The newest resident is a happy go lucky lion with a strange affinity for animals, who goes by Nightsky, and a deer called Raleigh whose skill with a hammer is un-matched in the area.

Together they're a rag-tag bunch, but they make do.
