Birthday Gifts!
It looks like a new year has brought along new free birthday gifts for everyone, we’ve changed over to a cute set of collectible Zodiac Plushies (that are not part of the Toy Box collection)! So when your birthday rolls around, if you log in on the day, you will see a notice to claim your free birthday gift. Just click that link and collect your adorable new Plushie and a Paintie Ticket!
When the first announcement came that we were changing the Birthday Gift we noticed that there were some concerns so we’ve tried to address what we can for you guys.
-Zodiac Plushies will be stocking in the FD shop for those of you that are into collecting and might like to have a full set, or for whatever other reason you’d like to buy them of course.
-If you collect your Birthday Gift and would rather have the Non-Magical Birthstone Gembound that was given out last year, that is still an option. Please just send your Zodiac Plushie to the AdminAssistant account in a TRADE and they will exchange it for the proper Birthstone Gembound Plush.
*Only ONE Zodiac/Gembound exchange is allowed per account.*
-If you somehow receive the wrong Zodiac Plushie for your sign please send it to the AdminAssistant account in a TRADE and they will exchange it for the correct Plushie.

Oh please staff stop doing this after the year has already started :((( Same problem as last time my birthday is the 2nd! Is there a way to get the new gifts still? Or am I stuck with a second gembound plush?

So with the birthday plushies,will we get them on the date our villagers were first made?
Will we be able to buy all the zodiac plushes all year round? Like will the old ones still be in the FD shop when new ones come out or will the old ones cycle out and be removed as new ones are added?
would the year be taken into account for the zodiac?, assuming we're using the Greek zodiac from the looks of it since several other groups have zodiacs that cycle over the course of a year as well, because when I was born it was under Aquarius, and then some notice showed up in the news a while back saying dates have been adjusted for some reason and Pisces now has my day. I'd buy Aquarius if it's just going off the updated/current dates and display both.
If the plushies are not added to the toybox, I'd love if they'ed be equitable to a villager like the galla dress and tuxedo. Just a thought, they'd be even more desirable to buy if they gave a small explore bonus.

i agree that im really excited to hear that the zodiac plushes will be buyable! id love to be able to display that i own the full set, but i definitely also appreciate saving people the stress of feeling like they 'need' to collect them all :p
