Furvilla will be in open beta registration from July 1st - July 8th. During this period, any player who is interested in engaging in the open beta is welcome to register an account. Accounts will be given a beta trophy upon registration that will remain with their account when launch is scheduled. After the registration period, the game will commence through beta until it is prepared for launch, in which registration will open again.

A note about beta testing: the goals of beta testing are finding and eliminating bugs in the game as well as attempting to balance to economy. Ideally, the amount of money and items flowing into the economy from the game's features should equal the amount of money and items flowing out of the economy into the features. We may reset currency/items, accounts, or features as we work to balance the game so it's fun without being too hard or too easy. We anticipate that players will be able to keep their accounts, but they may not be able to keep all the contents of the account.

A note on premium currency: the premium currency (FurDollar) functions are working right now. While we don't anticipate having to reset premium currencies or items, please know that if we do (such as a bug is discovered that generates premium currency) we will promptly return the currency and items to their purchasers immediately after.

Happy testing!

    • Uh, where's the beta tester trophy?

    • I would like to know how to get Sand dollars, sun coins, ect. I really need some for my mermaid tail D:

    • Bug Report: For about half an hour I had someone on the animal husbandry and it would not allow me to collect anything. I would click collect and nothing happened. I couldn't do anything.

Suggestion: I feel like if you change your job but do not actually end up doing it, you should be able to change it. I changed to warrior, not realizing that I needed to actually have weapons and armor. It's very frustrating that I cannot make any more money until tomorrow with that animal.

    • I think perhaps if it took less materials to craft things, it could be better? or if more items were gathered at a time, that could help as well. But I personally don't like that the basic shield costs 75 fc while the value of the wooden shield is 3100 fc.

    • More Doctors or Higher percentage of cure success.

I've had the worst luck in findin' the cure (sun salve) an it only has a 10% chance of successfully curin' (so naturally it failed)... so m'thinkin' that since this is still jus' startin' out an aren't as many doctors able ta make cures ta begin with... that the percentage of cure success should be raised. Heck I'd go so far as ta eliminate the probability of cure failures (at least fer now) until the cure market gets established an productive enough that it can handle a decreased probability of cure success.

    • Bug report, for the past half hour I have been unable to collect or domesticate any animals

    • Bug Report: Its not possible to collect (even stables are still available) or domesticate any animal after (in my case) having 4 caught and one animal on level 4.

    • Bug from just now.

The only working button on all pets in my animal husbandry is "Use Breeding Potion" and Import. I cannot Collect, domesticate, export, or transfer.

I've refreshed multiple times and even xed out and tried again. What happens to my animals if I change careers?

    • This is just a comment on my part and I'm not sure if it was mentioned already. I've purchased FD and I've traded some of it for FC to buy my character slots. I've also earned quite a bit of items and FC since I've been doing Exploring every hour and planting nearly every 30mins. Could you elaborate a bit more on what we're able to keep? As I'd rather not work towards houses and extra plots if I won't be able to keep them. Nor will I continue buying shop items and breeding my animals. For example, if we're only going to be allowed to keep currency, I'd rather sell all my items for FC. It would also be unfortunate if we lost our referral prizes :O (I really like vistas :3) I know it says you don't plan to reset premium items but will that then open the option to buy premium items with FC before a currency reset? If a currency reset is actually happening?

If I had to choose, I would prefer to keep my items since most careers yield items. At least then I could keep my referral prizes and spend my currency on items I'll need before the reset :)
^If I misunderstood the context of the beta tester note, please let me know :)

Aside from that, I do understand that clearing inactive accounts and re-balancing is necessary before an official release to keep the load times and lag down but I think those of us who are actively playing this game should at least get to keep what we've worked/paid for.

      Some suggestions:

Herbalists: Mass planting and gathering. It takes a bit too long to gather and replant.

Explorers: Are there ranks for this? Like after a while, will the villager be more likely to find rare items?

Careers: In the Newbie Guide, it mentions all villagers will be able to learn 4 careers. How do we achieve mastery of one career and how to we know when that time comes?

That seems to be it for now :) Great game, I'm very happy here and hope for it's continued success ^^

    • On the animal husbandry it will not allow me to choose to collect an animal after doing so successfully once.
