Greetings, villagers! As you may have noticed we received a massive influx of players over the last day. This is far more than our little team of moderators can handle, so we're looking to expand our moderator team, and welcome some new Player Safety members! If you are interested in applying for a moderator position, please send a message to [email protected] with the following: your Furvilla username, your age, your location and time zone, your prior moderation experience, and why you'd like to be a moderator on Furvilla. Please note that we can only accept applications from players aged eighteen or older.

Also, we have a message to share from MOD-Deinmaar, the Head of Community, who would like to address some issues with our current moderators' actions:

The moderators owe the entire Furvilla Community a massive apology. The deletion of many, many threads that never actually violated the Terms of Service wasn't right of us, and we are working to rectify and retrain our team before we open the forums and chats again to make sure this is never an issue again. Miscommunication is no excuse, and we gravely apologize for the trauma this has caused many users who did absolutely nothing wrong. We sincerely hope you enjoy the rest of the site while we work diligently to right our wrongs.

Furvilla has received a much higher amount of registrations than we were prepared for and we're working to ensure our Forums and Chatrooms are welcoming to all members. Please bear with us while we hire additional help! In the meantime, if you haven't gotten a chance, please be sure to read the Newbie Guide and continue your enjoyment of the game.

Have a lovely night!

    • Kitten oh OK thank you ^-^ OK now this may seem like a stupid question but I think its my last question. where do you get the FurDollars from? I've tried checking the money transfer section and checking out the help section but with no luck

    • Pumpkinium, not all snakes have slitted pupils; most, in my personal experience, don't. Cat's pupils are generally round when they're interested or content, as well, so it's not inaccurate.
If you want slitted eyes, though, feel free to get a paintie with one.

    • This isn't important, because I know the artist is probably busy, but is there any chance the eyes of most of the villagers can be made a little more accurate? It's just a little off-putting to look at a snake that has human-like pupils, same with some cats.

    • Madness You can buy it at the FurDollar Emporium in the town hall.

    • Does anyone know how to get a Gembound Potion or do they have recipes? I've been looking around trying to find it but so far I only see the in the market being sold by other people.

    • I personally tend to avoid forum areas of games because they usually Are trainwrecks at best and at worst, an unfortunate front row seat at a Jerry Springer show.
That being said, I'm actually quite surprised to see this addressed so quickly and with empathy towards the players. I am in no way saying mods aren't completely human... I ran a message board Briefly myself in my early misspent days online and can honestly say I do Not miss it One Bit.
But many places I've been, they treat the mods and admins as though they could do no wrong and didn't have to answer for anything.
To see you step up and take responsibility as well as work towards making sure the problem is taken care of Before it turns into a show down at the O.K. Corral between the players and the site's powers that be... Well, Kudos for that.
Beyond that, maybe it's silly of me since I'm not involved to be so easy with my thinking on this matter but, mistakes happen. Everybody's in a new state of being here and there are going to be hiccups along the way. Especially in a site still in its infancy as this is. So I would suggest that everybody who was in a moment of heated thinking, take a step back, take a couple deep breathes and remember that. Likely as not, nothing ill was meant on Either side's part and it just got away from everybody and mushroomed exponentially to the proportions it became in a hurry. In the future, perhaps the benefit of the doubt on All parts until proven otherwise might be a good rule of thumb.
As I said, it's easy for me to say I suppose but still... As a person with finite amount of energy to expend on Anything, I can tell you that rule of thumb has never failed Me.
I would wish you all luck but honestly, from where I'm sitting, this shows me you've no need of luck. You have sense and maturity to move you forward. And that serves far better than some fickle wandering eye of a Lady who often has a short attention span to see to her fellows. ;)

    • I just received a shield back from a completed durability repair. I submitted it last night which said it said the repair would take 20 minutes, but it took over half a day. What gives? Is the repair not really completed until the player doing the repair clicks the 'Complete' button? If so, this effectively means if they idle or go offline and don't check back in for hours or even days, the item is held hostage the whole time until they return and click that button. This is unacceptable if true; a repaired item should be returned immediately upon completion of the repair.

    • @Charmly If you have the deer base you should be able to erase the antlers away right?
